  • 400 gr pasta
  • 200 gr asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sachet for Spaghetti Carbonara
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 gr cheese
  • 200 gr of ham

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta with asparagus and carbonara sauce:

The pasta is boiled al dente in salted water.

The asparagus is broken from the woody side and scalded for a minute in salted water and then taken out in cold water to keep its color and stop the cooking process.

Then cut the asparagus into 1 cm slices diagonally and put it in a little hot oil for 2 minutes.
