Pancakes with walnuts and apple gratin

Make the composition of pancakes by mixing well 1 egg, 50ml oil, 100g flour, 200ml mineral water, rum essence and a little salt with a mixer. Mix the rest of the milk with the flour, taking care not to form lumps and pour little by little into the caramel on the fire. After it has boiled for a few minutes, add two tablespoons of butter. Separately, mix two eggs with the rest of the sugar and the rest of the butter. Add the vanilla sugar, mixing well. This egg and butter cream is then mixed with caramel cream. Sprinkle the ground walnuts on the pancake sheets and spread the caramel cream, then roll. They can be served with whipped cream or ice cream.
